Enjoy the “Sun Capital” experience in our amazing & central apartment located in the beautiful Virginia Gardens city, this recently remodeled unit is good for 6 people comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a smart Tv, the second room has a full bed and a single bed with a desk. Guests will enjoy ample space, a living room with a king-size sofa-bed, a smart 55″ TV, a beautiful kitchen, and a convenient location.

The property is right next to the Miami Airport and close to important highways, restaurants, and city highlights.

Please note:

-The building does not have an elevator. It is only two floors.

-Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check-in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).

-The unit does not include a washer or dryer in the unit. Coin laundry service is available on-site and is located right next to the parking area.

-If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best.

• We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Parties are not allowed on the promises.
• Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.

-Assigned parking on site. Parking is free and is on promise.
