Located near main roads, shopping areas, and strategic locations such as the Gulfport-Biloxi Int’l Airport, the Chiquita brand, the port of Gulfport, and the Naval Construction Battalion Center.

ABOUT LOCATION
An 8 minute ride from the airport, 5 minute ride to the beach and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, cafes and so much more.

ABOUT THE BUILDING
-Building does not have an elevator. It is only two floors.
-The unit does not include a washer or dryer in the unit. But, coin laundry service is available on-site and is located next to the building’s office.

• We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Parties are not allowed on the promises.
• Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.
