This recently remodeled “loft style” unit is good for 4 people comfortably. It has a queen bed and a smart tv. Guests will be able to enjoy ample space, a living room with a full size sleeper bed, a smart 50″ TV, a fully equipped kitchen and convenient location.

The property is right next to the Miami Airport and close to important highways, restaurants and city highlights.

Please note:
-Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors.
-Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).
-The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is close to the parking area.-If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best.

• We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Parties are not allowed on the promises.- Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.
  -Assigned parking on site. Parking is free and is on promises.
